Sliding these into my spiral notebook took maybe a minute each, and now my study sections are actually easy to flip to. The pockets hold loose handouts firmly without bulging, which keeps my bag way less cluttered.

The paper is thick enough that my notes don't bleed through, and the pockets stay snug against the spiral so nothing snags when I flip pages. I've set up three sections for work, recipes, and random scribbles—exactly the divided system I was hoping for.
